We understand that making a significant purchase online can be daunting, and we aim to exceed your expectations at every step. If within 14 days of delivery, you are not satisfied or need a refund for any reason, we won’t hold it against you. Our 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee ensures a smooth and hassle-free returns process, no matter the circumstances.
This policy is designed to give you extra peace of mind and goes beyond the latest UK legislation.

Decided on a refund? Just reach out with your details and reason for cancellation, and we'll arrange a collection. A fixed delivery/collection fee of £20 applies for returns due to a change of mind. We’ll inspect the return and process a full refund if all conditions are met. Note that items must be returned in the same condition they were received. For new, sealed items, the original condition must be maintained; otherwise, a 15% restocking fee will apply.

Activated software is not eligible for refunds, as it is registered to you and generally non-transferable.

Services such as priority turnaround and premium delivery options (e.g., Saturday delivery, pre-12 delivery, Northern Ireland, Highlands, Isles) are non-refundable if provided, unless there is a product issue.

If the item is not faulty, return delivery costs will be your responsibility, as noted above.

Take care of the product while it’s in your possession; any signs of use or damage may result in deductions for repairs or replacements.

Serial numbers of all components are recorded to prevent any discrepancies.

For custom-built machines, a cancellation fee may apply if there is no fault, as each is a bespoke creation requiring significant effort.

We are not responsible for damage caused during return transit due to insufficient packaging.

Please back up all data, as we are not liable for any data loss.

Items must be returned in their original packaging, including all accessories. If new items are returned without their original boxes, additional charges may apply.
Important Information:
Some of the following are common sense, but they’re important to avoid any issues:

Packaging: Pack the item in its original box with all included accessories.

Ensure the item is securely packaged to avoid damage, as this is not covered under warranty and may result in charges for replacements. We recommend packaging the item as it was originally shipped to you.

Make sure the Return Sheet is clearly visible inside the box. Items returned without the Return Sheet will be rejected and sent back without testing.

Do not write directly on the product packaging; instead, use a brown outer box or packing material.

Do not include anything not purchased from us or not listed on the RMA unless specifically instructed by us.

Outside the 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee:
You are covered by the warranty provided with your system. If a fault occurs within this period, please contact us for assistance.
If the fault cannot be resolved over the phone, we’ll arrange to collect your device for repair. Before collection, ensure all data is backed up, as we are not liable for data loss. We’ll repair or replace any faulty components, test the system, and return it to you. Repairs typically take up to 10 working days once the item is received, though it may take longer for older parts.
