Complaints & Cancellations

The Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 took effect on June 13, 2014, and the majority of the material below is taken straight from Schedule 3. Please read the following information to assist us in providing the best possible service if you desire to make a complaint or cancel an order.

Right to cancel:

You have the right to cancel an order (contract) without stating a reason within 14 days.

The cancellation period will end 14 days after you gain physical possession of the products, or a third party other than the carrier that you have indicated acquires physical possession of the items.

To exercise your right to cancel, you must notify us in writing of your desire to cancel this contract (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax, or email). Our contact information is as follows:

You may utilize our RMA cancellation form if you are signed in to your customer account area, but it is not required. If you choose this option, we will immediately send you an e-mail acknowledging receipt of your cancellation.

It is necessary to deliver your message regarding your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has ended to fulfill the cancellation deadline. 

Effects of cancellation:

We shall refund all funds received from you, including shipping fees, if you cancel an order (the contract) (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us). If the items have been sent, the provision of services (specifically a Fast-track/priority construction service – if booked) will not be returned because this service contract will have been fully finished within the cancellation period.

If the decrease in value of any products delivered is the consequence of unnecessary handling by you, we may subtract that amount from your refund.

We will make the reimbursement as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after we receive any goods supplied from you, or (if earlier) 14 days after you provide evidence that you have returned the goods, or, if no goods were supplied, 14 days after we are informed of your decision to cancel this contract.

Unless you have specifically agreed differently, we will make the refund using the same method of payment that you used for the initial transaction; in any case, you will not be charged any costs as a consequence of the reimbursement. We may delay compensation until we receive the products back or you provide proof that you have returned the goods, whichever comes first.

We can retrieve the products if they were delivered to the United Kingdom, but you will be responsible for the direct cost of services to return the goods. The cost of collecting from the majority of the UK is £35.

If you remember who you spoke with earlier, you might want to ask to speak with them again. You may also request to talk with a manager, who will make every effort to resolve any problem.

Making a formal complaint

You can file a formal complaint if you are still displeased. You must transmit the complaint in a long-lasting format, such as a letter by Royal Mail. Our contact information is as follows:

If you want to make a formal complaint via email, please type FORMAL COMPLAINT in the subject line so that your email is properly prioritized.

When we receive your complaint, we will send an email to the address associated with your account on our website, and a task will be sent to the complaints manager.

We will investigate and respond within 7 working days, although this may just be an update and not a final response in some cases.

Our final response will contain a summary of the problem, our legal liability, and what measures have previously been offered/taken, as well as our intention to resolve the problem, if applicable.

How to cancel

The simplest way to cancel your purchase (contract) is to log in to your customer account section and fill out our RMA cancellation form, however, this is not required. Alternatively, you can cancel the contract using the model cancellation form provided below:
